Dan is a Chartered Professional Accountant who graduated with honours from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2006 with a degree in Economics and Accounting. He obtained his Chartered Accounting designation in 2009 while working for Hards Pearson LLP, which the next year merged with Grant Thornton LLP, where Dan worked until joining Rumley Holmes LLP in 2017.

Dan has spent his more than 18 years in public accounting assisting organizations of all sizes, spanning many industries, with a focus on owner-managed businesses.

Dan is the current treasurer of the Huronia CPA Ontario Association, the Alzheimer’s Society of Simcoe County and Roots for Youth.
