David is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Business Valuator and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of financial and accounting experience working with organizations that have ranged from large publicly listed NYSE and TSX companies to smaller owner-managed entities.

David earned his Chartered Accountant designation while working for Deloitte and his Chartered Business Valuator designation while working for a boutique business valuation firm in downtown Toronto.

David’s practice is currently focused on business valuation, litigation support and strategic advisory services such as assisting clients with mergers, acquisitions and shareholder buy-outs. Furthermore, David has extensive experience in family law dispute resolutions and has provided expert testimony before the Ontario Superior Court.

David is the former Academic Advisor to the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators (CICBV) and York University, where he was responsible for overseeing the CICBV’s Program of Studies in Business Valuation.

In his spare time David enjoys golf, snowmobiling and travel.
